Financials I
Description
This module includes basic functionality such as general ledger, bank management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. The module is required by several other modules and includes the following: General Ledger I Bank Management Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable
Financials II
The module includes intercompany accounting, multiplecompany consolidation, account allocations, cash-flow forecasting, and currency-requirement projections. It provides management of future cash requirements and definition of automatic allocations to dimensions based on predefined settings. It is a must for managing and consolidating organizations with independent business units and subsidiaries. This is an add-on module for importing and exporting payment data to files for financial institutions in several countries. It draws from accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking management, and requires the Financials I module. Fixed Assets is for managing the entire life cycle of a business s fixed assets, from acquisition to resale or writing off. It uses assets budgeting and multiple depreciation models to track the status of fixed assets and integrates with other modules to enable ordering and receiving of fixed assets through purchase orders and inventory.
