The response form is used to show the results of the processed request. The difference between the two forms is that the response form has a Status field indicating whether or not the request was approved. This decision is made inside the BTS orchestration when the request form is processed. Follow these steps to create the response form: 1. In Microsoft InfoPath 2003, select File Design a Form. 2. In the Design a Form task pane, click the New from XML Document or Schema link. 3. In the Data Source Setup Wizard, select the XML Schema or XML Data File option and click the Next button. 4. On the next screen, click the Browse button. 5. In the Open dialog, navigate to the Schema_Response_Pen.xsd file and select it. 6. Click the Open button. 7. In the Data Source Setup Wizard, click the Next button and then click the Finish button. 8. In the InfoPath task pane, click the Layout link. 9. In the Layout task pane, double-click the Table with Title layout in the Insert Layout Tables list. 10. When the table is added to the form, click the area marked Click to Add Title. 11. Once the schemas and forms are created, you can use them to create messages that are processed in a BTS orchestration. In this exercise, you will create an orchestration that checks the incoming pen request and sets the status based on a business rule. If the request is for less than six pens, it will be approved. If the request is for more than five pens, it will be rejected. Follow these steps to create the orchestration: 1. In Visual Studio .NET, select Project Add New Item. 2. In the Add New Item dialog, select BizTalk Orchestration from the Templates list. 3. Name the new file Orchestration_Request_Pen.odx. 4. Click the Open button to add the new orchestration. 5. Drag a Receive shape from the toolbox onto the orchestration design surface and drop it on the area marked Drop a Shape from the Toolbox Here. 6. In the Properties window, change the name of the shape to Receive_Request_Pen. 7. Change the Activate property to True. 8. Drag a Decide shape from the toolbox onto the orchestration design surface and drop it directly beneath the Receive shape. 9. In the Properties window, change the name of the shape to Decide_Quantity. 10. Select the Rule_1 shape on the orchestration design surface. 11. In the Properties window, change the name of the shape to Rule_Reject. 12. Drag a Transform shape from the toolbox and drop it directly beneath the Rule_Reject shape on the area marked Drop a Shape from the Toolbox Here. 13. Select the ConstructMessage_1 shape on the orchestration design surface. 14. In the Properties window, change the name of the shape to Construct_Response_Rejected. 15. Select the Transform_1 shape on the orchestration design surface.
