Searching for Messages (E-mail, SMS, MMS)
Some common scenarios when you might want to search your messages inbox are the following: You are trying to find that funny e-mail message from Susan you received a few days ago to forward to a friend. Type Susan next to the Name field. You want to find all invoice related e-mails. Type invoice next to the Message field. You need to quickly find that e-mail about your trip to San Francisco. Type San Francisco in the Message field. You might find that you use your messaging so often, since it is so easy and fun, that your messages start to really collect on your BlackBerry. TIP: Need to search other places like your Contacts, Calendar, Task, or other icons Use the Search icon shown on page 521. Sometimes, you need to find a message quickly, rather than scroll through all the messages in your inbox. There are three primary ways to search through your messages: searching the entire message through any field, searching the sender, and searching the subject.
