Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes. In the Printers and Faxes window, right-click the icon for the printer that you want to discontinue sharing, and then click Sharing. On the Sharing tab of the Properties dialog box, select the Don t share this printer option, and then click OK.

Click Start, and then click My Documents. In the My Documents window, browse to the folder on which you want to set access permissions, right-click the folder, and then click Sharing and Security.

In the folder Properties dialog box on the Sharing tab, select the Share this folder option. To set user permissions for the folder, in the Permissions for dialog box in the Allow column, select the Change check box. To share the folder with other users on your network, click OK twice. On a different computer connected to the network, click Start, and then click My Computer to confirm that the folder is shared over the network. In the My Computer window in the Other Places area, click My Network Places.

Click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Files and Settings Transfer Wizard. On the first page of the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard, click Next. On the Which computer is this page, select the Old Computer option, and then click Next. On the Select a transfer method page, select the Home or small office network option, and then click Next. Determine exactly what you want transferred (settings, files or both), browse to the information that you want to transfer, and then double-click it. Go to the other computer that you want to transfer the information to and repeat the process. On the Which computer is this page, select the New Computer option, and then click Next. When you re done, click Finish.
