Logical printer Represents a physical printer by serving the printer s port. The logi cal printer includes the queue, the drivers, settings, permissions, and printing defaults that manage the creation of a print job for a printer. Network printer In the context of the Microsoft Windows user interface, a logical printer that is a client of that is connected to a shared logical printer on another computer. Not to be confused with a network attached printer, which is served by a local printer on the print server.
