In this scenario, the problem is that the HTTPS listener used by the OWA publishing rule is configured to require OWA forms-based authentication. To use OWA forms-based authentication for the OWA site while using no authentication for the Coho Vineyard secure Web site, you will need to configure an additional Web listener that will require SSL, but not require authentication.
