7 Assigned To
Specifies who s assigned to work on this file. You can either type the name by hand or select it from the drop-down list. Clicking the Names button displays the dialog box shown on the left in Figure 39-5, which adds designers to or deletes them from the list.
Whenever it changes the Assigned To field for a file, FrontPage records the name of the designer making the change, the date, and the time. This is where the Assigned Date and Assigned By columns in Figure 39-6 come from.
Figure 39-6. The Assigned To report lists each file in a FrontPage-based Web site, showing who is currently assigned, by whom, and when.
Figure 39-6 shows the FrontPage Assigned To report. To locate all files assigned to a specific person, click the Assigned To column heading, and then scroll down to that name. You can also change the Assigned To field directly in this report by first selecting the correct line and then single-clicking the Assigned To field. 1021

Controlling Publishing at the Document Level
The Exclude This File When Publishing The Rest Of The Web check box, on the Workgroup tab of a file s Properties dialog box (Figure 39-4), prevents publishing of the current file to another FrontPage-based Web site. To prevent publishing of the current file, select this check box. To allow publishing, clear the check box. You can also control this setting by rightclicking any file in the Design view Folder List, in Folders view, in Remote Web Site view, or in Reports view, and then choosing the Don t Publish option on the shortcut menu. This feature doesn t affect your ability to import, move, or copy the given file, even among different FrontPage-based Web sites or servers. It affects only the operation of the FrontPage Publish feature.
For more information about the Publish feature, refer to 16, Publishing Your FrontPage-Based Web Site.
Figure 39-8. The Publish Status report shows which pages in a Web site are enabled or disabled for publishing to another FrontPage-based Web site or server.
