Modifying List View Fields
To modify the fields that appear in a List View Web Part, proceed as follows.
1 In FrontPage, open the page that contains the List View Web Part. 2 Right-click the List View Web Part and choose List View Properties from the shortcut menu. 3 When the Data View Details task pane appears, click the Fields link that appears under Manage View Settings. 4 When the Displayed Fields dialog box shown in Figure 11-6 appears, use the following controls to make changes.
Add To make the List View Web Part display one or more additional fields, select those fields in the Available Fields list, and then click the Add button. Remove To make the Web Part stop displaying one or more fields, select those fields in the Displayed Fields list, and then click the Remove button. Move Up To make a field appear sooner in the display, select it in the Displayed Fields list, and then click Move Up. Moved Down To make a field appear later in the display, select it in the Displayed Fields list, and then click Move Down.

Note that this dialog box can t add, rearrange, or delete fields in the SharePoint list itself, nor can it change the information type of any field. To make those kinds of changes, you have to work directly with the list.
