Use the Note tool when you want to add a quick comment that is pertinent to a certain part of the document When you use the Note tool to create a comment, you can accept the default option and leave the note open so that a reviewer can read it when the page opens, or collapse the note to an icon that, when clicked, opens the note in a window When you create a comment with the Note tool, you can define the size of the note window and the type and color of the note icon, as well as enter your comments To add a comment to a PDF document with the Note tool, follow these steps: 1 Navigate to the point in the document where you want to add the note 2 Choose Tools | Commenting | Note Tool Alternatively, you can click the Review & Comment button to display the toolbar shown here and then select the Note tool:
