Modify HTML Display Settings
When you capture a web page as a PDF, you can modify the look of the captured page by changing the HTML display settings You can modify font style, font color, and other parameters of the converted page, such as background color and table cell colors To modify the display characteristics of captured web pages, do the following: 1 Open the Web Page Conversion Settings dialog box as outlined previously 2 In the File Type Settings window, click HTML to activate the Settings button 3 Click the Settings button to open the HTML Conversion Settings dialog box:

4 In the Default Colors section, you can modify the color of Text, Links, Background, and Alt Text by clicking the color button to the right of an item to open a color palette Choose a color for the item and then click OK to close the palette and apply the change Repeat as needed to change the color of other items 5 If you check Force These Settings For All Pages, the colors you specify in the previous step are applied to all pages you capture, regardless of the colors specified in the actual HTML document If you do not choose this option, Acrobat applies the colors you specified in the previous step only to HTML documents that do not have colors specified in the document HTML code 6 In the Background Options area, Page Colors, Table Cell Colors, and Page Tiled Image Backgrounds are enabled by default If you disable these options, the captured PDF document may look different from the actual web page but may be more legible when printed 7 In the Line Wrap area, check the Wrapped Lines Inside PREs Longer Than box and enter a value in the corresponding field Acrobat will wrap preformatted lines of HTML longer than the value you specify (10 inches is the default) to fit onscreen 8 Click the Multimedia drop-down arrow and choose one of the following options:
