You can edit the properties of a selected row or column by changing their appearance or specifying how cell contents align within the cells To modify the properties of a row or column, follow these steps:
1 In your page draft, select the row or column whose properties you want to
modify If desired, you can edit the properties of multiple rows or columns
2 To open the Table Column Properties or Table Row Properties section of the
Table Properties dialog box as shown in Figure 8-5, do one of the following: Click the Insert Table button in the toolbar Choose Table | Table Properties, and then click either the Table Column Properties or Table Row Properties tab Right-click, choose Table Properties from the context menu, and then click either the Table Column Properties or Table Row Properties tab
