click Surveys A survey is a poll of all the people who have been admitted to your collaborative workspace A survey enables you to ask questions and even control the form of the answers your colleagues give you Click Survey when the Create Page appears, and a form that resembles the Create New Discussion page appears The difference is, after you enter the name and description of your survey, you click Next, and then go the page shown in Figure 7-11 As you can see from the options on the Add Question page, you can check one of the buttons to specify the type of answer the user must supply This can be in the form of a number, currency, text, a date and time, or a Yes/No check box, among other possibilities You can also provide multiple choices from which the user can choose If you want to require a response to a question, choose the button next to that option When you finish, either click the Next Question button to add another question, or click Finish to save and post your survey online You display the List Information page, where you can add a question in the Questions section
