Saving and Loading Menu Sets
To make the menu features really useful, you can load or save menu sets Educators can now build custom menu sets for each lesson and have the students load them up at anytime To make a set: 1 Choose Edit | Menus from the application menus 2 Make your color changes as described in the previous steps 3 Click the Create A New Set button, as shown in Figure 1-32A 4 Choose a location for the new set (Program Files\Adobe\ Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Menu Customization by default on Windows, or Applications\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Menu Customization by default on the Mac)
5 Name the file and click Save, as shown in Figure 1-32B

To load the set, click the Set drop-down menu in the Keyboard Shortcuts and Menus window and you will see your saved sets (as long as they are in the Menu Customization folder) Click the set to load it, as shown in Figure 1-33

To share custom menu sets, they must be copied into the Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Menu Customization folder (on both PC and Mac) You can also copy your sets from the same folder for distribution The same process works for creating custom keyboard shortcuts
Printing Shortcuts
In the Keyboard Shortcuts and Menus window, you will see a button called Summarize Click this button to produce a current list of all the shortcuts assigned in Photoshop: 1 Click the Summarize button 2 Choose a location to which you want to save the list of shortcuts 3 An HTML document will be generated 4 To print the list, choose Print from your browser commands
