The result should appear in the Registry as it does in Figure 11-15 Note that the message classification configuration is user specific and does not roam with the user The name of the xml file is arbitrary as long as the value in the Registry matches the actual name and path in the file system The other message classification cmdlets are listed next:

After exporting the PowerShell script to an xml file, customizing the xml file, pushing the xml file to the Outlook 2007 clients, and pushing out the Registry changes on those Outlook clients, the user can now apply message classifications to messages, as shown in Figure 11-16 Because this Registry entry uses the HKEY_CURRENT_USER, all Outlook profiles generated for this user will have the classifications available for use

In Exchange 2007, every message passes through a Hub Transport server At the Hub Transport, the administrator can implement message transport rules that can act upon message classifications for compliance or other company policy

Under the Tools menu in Outlook 2007 is the Trust Center option This interface consolidates several client-side security features for Outlook, as described in Table 11-1

Figure 11-17 shows the Trust Center window opened to the Add-Ins page Highlighted is the Unified Messaging add-in used by Outlook 2007 to better use the new Unified Messaging components of Exchange 2007

Outlook 2007 now allows the preview of certain attachments within the preview pane In this setting, Outlook maintains security without the need to open the full associated application The various Office system data files will readily show in the preview pane in this manner, but other applications may need to have an application previewer installed to view their files Adobe added previewer functionality in their free Adobe Reader in version 81 released earlier in 2007 The attachment needs to be selected for the preview to be shown in the preview pane

Attachment previewing can be toggled on or off in the Outlook 2007 Trust Center in the Attachment Handling section Individual attachment types for which a previewer is available can be enabled from there as well The list of previewers available for a typical Office 2007 installation is shown in Figure 11-18
