To change the datasheet font, on the Home tab s Font group, click the Font down arrow and choose a font from the drop-down list To change the font size, click the down arrow and select a size from the list Changing the font style and size affects both the data and the column headers in the entire datasheet Clicking the Bold, Italic, and Underline commands also affect the entire datasheet including the column headers The remaining commands in the Font group, referring to colors and gridlines, apply only to the data in the table, not the column headers When selected, the setting affects all the columns and rows in the datasheet

Now comes the fun part making some dramatic changes to the appearance of the datasheet with colors and special effects The gridlines the horizontal and vertical lines that separate the datasheet into rows and columns are displayed by default, but you can remove either the horizontal or vertical lines, or both You can also apply special coloring effects in the datasheet
