The Central Administration Application Pool Account
When you are setting up the application pool accounts used for the web applications on your server farm servers, the account used to access Central Administration should be a unique account not used for other purposes If the account for accessing Central Administration is being used by some other web application, you must reassign the Central Administration access to a unique account
