The pg_dumpall program is similar to the pg_dump program, except it dumps all of the databases in a PostgreSQL database cluster to a file that can later be used to restore the entire PostgreSQL system This also includes all system tables and user accounts, so you must log in as the PostgreSQL superuser account to run this program By default, the pg_dumpall utility produces the SQL statements necessary to re-create the entire system, and sends them to the standard output (the console window display) You can redirect this output to a file by using the standard Windows redirect symbol:
