The Property & Debt Accounts area (refer to Figure 15-2) lists all of your property (asset) and debt (liability) accounts and displays each account s ending balance. Account is the name of the account. You can click the account name to view its register or overview, which I discuss later in this chapter. Int Rate is the current interest rate. Principal Pd is the total of the payments made toward the loan balance. Interest Pd is the total of the interest paid for the loan. Pmts Left is the number of payments left on the loan. This does not take into consideration any extra payments you may have made that will reduce the loan term. Balance is the ending balance for the account.

The Principal Pd, Interest Pd, and Balance columns contain information calculated by Quicken based on transactions entered in your Quicken data file. It s important to note that the Interest Pd column totals only the amount of interest entered in Quicken.
