Using the master data of the InfoObject to store the e-mail addresses of the recipients of the broadcasting, the Information Broadcaster can access this information and send the appropriate specific information, in this case, to each of the managers. The following illustration shows the differences between the use of Send Document Unchanged and Filter Document by Characteristic Value. This setting is very important depending on the detailed information that you are sending and the fact that this will help in distributing the specific information for that particular region or manager.
