This chapter is similar to Appendix B, for the exception that the parameters and methods identified here are based on use by a proxy. The tables provide some examples as guidelines. There are many variables, and therefore the tables are not intended to be absolute by any means. Always refer to the RFCs for the most up-to-date requirements and usage.
