Micro PDF417 Size Setting Instruction
How to generate, print barcode using .NET, Java sdk library control with example project source code free download:
Micro PDF417 Structure
- W : the width of Micro PDF417 image (including quiet zones).
- H : the height of Micro PDF417 image (including quiet zones)
- X : the width of Micro PDF417 narrowest bar.
- R : the number of rows in Micro PDF417.
- Y : the row height of Micro PDF417; Y >= 2X.
- Q : the width of the quiet zone; Q >= X.
Micro QR Code Image Size
There are four Micro
PDF-417 image sizes based on its column versions, namely one-, two-, three-, and four-column version Micro PDF417, specified in ISO/IEC (24728:2006).
- C : the number of columns in the data region of Micro PDF417 image; C = 1, 2, 3, 4.
Micro QR Code Image Width
- C = 1, 2, W = [ 10 * 2 + 1 + 17C ] X + 2Q
- C = 3, 4, W = [ 10 * 3 + 1 + 17C ] X + 2Q
Then the minimum value of W can be calculated as follows:
W min = [ 10 * 2 + 1 + 17C ] X + 2Q //C = 1, Q min = X
= 38X + 2X
= 40X //X = 1
= 40 pixel
Micro QR Code Image Height
The image height of a Micro PDF417, including quiet zones, is determined by module height and number of rows. It can be calculated from the following expression:
H = R * Y + 2Q
So, the minimum value of H can be calculated as below:
H = R * Y + 2Q //Y min = 2X, Q min = X
H min = R * 2X + 2 * X //R min = 11
= 11 * 2X + 2X
= 22X + 2X
= 24X //X = 1
= 24 pixel
